Avant Garde is a home care provider totally committed to high quality care aimed at supporting you on your individual journey in life. Our dedicated care team is committed to the design and delivery of dignified personal care, compassionate companionship with empathy.
We design and arrange personal support plans, bespoke care at home, specialist care at home, respite home care, complex care, dementia care and companionship care for a wide range of conditions.
Our experienced care professionals will be with you every step of the way for everything from home help and companionship to daily personal care to full-time live-in home care and specialist care for conditions such as dementia. We provide you and your loved ones support and peace of mind. At the heart of everything we do is the aim of enabling you and your loved ones to access fulfilment and enrichment in life. That is why we focus our services on safe, respectful and responsive care.
Visting Care
For many people home is a place of safety, familiarity and comfort as well as a place of happiness. We understand this and therefore our care provision is not merely about physical health but is geared towards mental well being.
We understand that your visiting care needs may vary over time and will work with you each step of your journey to ensure that the care offers flexibility and is the right fit for your needs.
This can be one visit per week or several visits per day.
We aim to have a care professional with the client within 24 hours of an initial enquiry.

Avant Garde’s live-in home care offers many benefits to you from the safety of being in your own familiar surroundings to great value for your money. Our care is specifically tailored to your individual need and well being. Your dedicated personal care giver will come to provide for you in your own home either on a full or part-time basis.
Avant Garde offers managed live-in care with our care team taking an active part in all aspects of the care you or your loved one receives. Our live-in care service team will assess, arrange and monitor your care. We will interview, vet, train, employ and pay your dedicated personal care giver (including tax, national insurance and other legal obligations).
Our care management team will usually visit you or your loved one at home to discuss your requirements and wishes. We will conduct a comprehensive risk assessment to ensure everyone will be able to live safely in your home. It is through this process that we will be able to design a bespoke support plan, the right fit for your needs, which will be reviewed regularly.
Avant Garde’s service is registered and fully requlated by the Care Quality Commission.
